“In April – May 2021, Arkadia Works & Vinoti Office conducted a survey titled “Workplace Survey After Pandemic”. By using “User-Centric Survey” method, this survey aims to answer the workplace preference from user perspective.”

Involving 1.313 respondents from Indonesia, the result shows that majority 75,5% of respondents prefer to work with the hybrid arrangement by mixing the “Work From Home” and “Work From Office” strategy as the workplace preference after pandemic. Meanwhile, 9,7% of respondents prefer WFO, and 14% of respondents prefer WFH.

This survey also answered workplace preference from senior management level and respondents in the Jabodetabek area point of view, and the reason why they choose that strategy.
