Through the theme “Playground of Nusantara,” Arkadia Works proudly present a strong local identity, encapsulating design elements inspired by Indonesian traditional games, such as Gasing Jawa, Congklak, Ketapel, Tapak Gunung / Engklek, and Kites.

The story reflects a longing for childhood, reminding employees of the traditional games that form part of Indonesia’s cultural identity. The theme became a “reminder” of our cultural roots, reminding us of the significance and uniqueness of Concentrix’s Indonesian office location.
