A Quality Management System (QMS) is a formal process used to review the operations, products, and services of a business with the objective to identify areas that may require quality improvement. It is essential for improving business operations and enabling customer satisfaction. The Quality Management System has a standard certified and international recognition as ISO 9001: 2015.

On April 5th 2018, Wiza Hidayat, on behalf of Arkadia Works, received the certificate of ISO 9001:2015 from ACM Indonesia. It was an honor to receive this international recognition for our company. It will bring more value and spirit to improve efficiency, reducing waste, and customer satisfaction.

For us, continuous improvement in Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) strategy is very important. By improving the quality of the management system, we can find the needs of our customers to achieve beyond customer satisfaction.
