Arkadia Works on National Batik Day: Introducing Batik to the World!
Batik is Indonesia’s cultural heritage designated as the Humanitarian Heritage of Masterpieces of Oral and Intangible Culture by UNESCO. By bringing this cultural heritage, Arkadia Works won international design awards through office interior design, “The Tales of Batik”.
4 international design awards were successfully achieved such as iF Design Award 2022 (Hannover, Germany); 5-Star Winner & Best Office Interior Indonesia in Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022 (London, UK); Platinum Greenship Certification from Green Building Council Indonesia 2021 (GBCI); and recorded in MURI as the First Call Center Company who Get Platinum Greenship Interior Space Certificate 2021.
Through The Tales of Batik, various Batik pattern from Indonesia’s regions is presented in the concept design. Batik Megamendung from Cirebon, Batik Kawung Mataram from Yogyakarta, Batik Tasikan from Tasikmalaya, Batik Gumin Tambun from Central Kalimantan, Batik Parang from Central Java, and Anatau Pattern from East Nusa Tenggara are applied in Concentrix Office.
