Our CEO, Wiza Hidayat, brought this spirit to the Property Talk of Indonesia Young Entrepreneur (HIPMI) Forum on May 10th, 2023, inviting fellow property entrepreneurs not only to consider the profit aspect but also to consider environmental aspects as part of the fight against climate change.
Wiza also shares that the advantages of green building in the world of property and buildings are higher sales prices (for developers), lower utility bills (for buyers), lower fault rates, and also higher resale values (for banks).
Wiza concluded his session by stating that the future of property development in Indonesia will lead to Green Buildings. “We all will (and must) be part of sustainable development. Indonesia’s target to realize Net Zero Emissions in 2060 is not only a sectoral role but collaboration with various parties”.
