One of Arkadia projects in Concentrix Yogyakarta are Greenship certified from Green Building Council Indonesia, with platinum (the highest) credential, providing example of professional approach in building an environmentally friendly office interior space.

It is revealed that green building also means cost saving, while the data speaks itself: Energy saving from lighting percentage is 65%, >88% using a energy saving equipment, material conservation application are >27%, wood purchase are >99% from responsible supplier, the use of Low VOC / Formaldehida materials >99%, and employee’s convenience is 84%.
